Doctoral Dissertation Seminar in Chemical Engineering

On April 16th, 2021 at the Conference Room 107, B2 building, Hanoi University of Industry, the center for Post-Graduate studies organized a Doctoral Dissertation Seminar for postgraduate Nguyen Van Thang, with the theme "Research on creating antibacterial nanocomposites based on silver nano-hybridization with metal oxides and polyethylene.

Chairing the Workshop was Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Thuan; the trustees are scientists from training units, research institutes inside and outside the university. A large number of lecturers from the Faculty of Chemical Technology attended the Workshop.

At the seminar, after Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Thuan approved the agenda, Postgraduate Nguyen Van Thang presented a summary of the results achieved during the research period. The scientists commented on the obtained results and made suggestions. This is a research work of good quality, with scientific and practical value.

Prof. Dr. Thuan concluded: The dissertation has been newly researched with the inheritance of the previous research works, but it is completely different from the previously published works. The author has completed the research process on schedule and published 05 works (01 domestic article, 01 book chapter and 03 international articles). Mr. Thang needs to revise the contents according to the suggestions of scientists in the workshop before finalizing and proceeding with the next procedures.
